Pfäffikon SZ (Switzerland), November 02, 2022 - The Navy SEALs, America's elite military unit on water, in the air and on land, are international leaders and world-renowned. Each individual SEAL is characterized by an extraordinary will to succeed and undergoes highly professional training that is probably unique in the world and is provided with top equipment. SEALs never let adversity or challenges stop them on missions and operations and stand firm as a rock in order to guarantee national defense with full focus as special operations forces in every situation.
Of particular note here is the CIA's elite Special Operations Group (SOG), which recruits SEAL team members specifically for top-secret operations. Luminox is very proud to have been the first choice for Navy SEALs for decades thanks to the highest Swiss Made quality, optimal visibility (thanks to LLT up to 25 years without external charging) and maximum robustness with minimal weight (thanks to Luminox developed Carbonox™ and Carbonox™ + material).
Luminox is now introducing two fresh colors to its popular 3600 Navy SEAL series: this is now also available with a yellow and red strap. And that's not the only novelty: The new series was developed with the same attention to detail and full focus on function, but now with a vertical arrangement of Luminox's own Light Technology (LLT), which sets it apart from its predecessors. The result is a new one
Optics that make the dial more open while still guaranteeing ultimate night visibility for up to 25 years. Thanks to leading LLT, the same applies here as always with Luminox: Always Visible - with continuous lighting for up to 25 years and regardless of the lighting conditions.
To meet the needs of Navy SEALs, the 3600 Series features housings made from Carbonox™, a carbon-based material exclusive to Luminox that is lightweight, hypoallergenic, extremely durable and resistant. Because the carbon fibers are visible on the surface of the case, the texture is visually appealing.
All 3600 models are water resistant to 200 meters and feature a screw-down crown and stainless steel case back. Special seals and a special case design ensure that these watches can dive deep and always function properly.
