Shipping policy

Order confirmation

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed. 

Please be aware that before confirming your order, we may need to confirm your payment details.

It is possible that delays will be incurred in case of payment with credit cards, debit cards or Paypal, due to any delayed authorization (or denial) of the payment. In such exceptional cases the goods will be shipped immediately upon payment confirmation.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Please check your email spam folder if you do not see it in your regular inbox.

If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us throughout our form here and our Customer Service will assist you on the matter.

Order details modification

Due to the short time between order processing and dispatch, we are unfortunately unable to modify your order details, such as the shipping address, or cancel your order once an order has been placed.

Delivery cost

We run a free delivery service for orders over £60. For orders under £60 a shipping fee of £6 will apply at the checkout. Currently, we do ship only to the United Kingdom with DPD and Royal Mail. During peak seasons, due to high volume of orders, shipping and delivery may have delays. All orders will be processed in the order they are received.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We hope that your shopping experience at Luminox has been satisfactory. However, we understand that you may wish to return any of the products that you have purchased from our website. We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the item(s) cost within 14 business days from the day of which we receive the return item(s). Please be aware the customer must bear the cost of the return of item(s).

Our Customer Service will assist you if you should have any issues with the return procedure.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
